As the one and only opera director at LC for 37 years, I have taught movement, balance,inprovisation, body language, mapping the stage, the imaginary wall , building a character, knowing the period and so forth. In vocal pedagogy I include the anatomy of the neck and face (mouth and throat), balance head to foot, and breathing anatomy, function and coordination.

 

Italo Tajo's wife was a famous Italian actress.  I also studied acting interpretation and stage techniques with Sophie Ginn, Jack Edlemann,Boris Goldovsky, Donnah Schoep, Arthur Schoep, and Martina Arroyo.
